-Project Background-.
In the mid 90s I got my first taste of fantasy adventure RPG games in the form of "Quest for Glory - So You Want to be a Hero!", and I was hooked. I have so many great memories playing this game and always wanted to reimagine this world as if it were remade for current industry standards. The point of this project was to develop a workflow pipeline that allows me to deconstruct each character or creature, including sketches and materials, and present it in a concept art style manner so that other members of my fictitious team can create in game assets. To finish off each character, I wanted to create a polished illustration that could be used for a variety of materials such as trading card games, promos, or lore references.
